RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Eternal Borders and Beyond (EBB) designs and manufactures all products according to the information supplied by the customer. EBB is not responsible for errors made by the customer.

All products purchased are custom manufactured to order and are not returnable or exchangable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely.

EBB will replace or exchange only those products which are deemed to be missing or defective by a company representative. Customer must check package contents upon arrival and notify EBB of any problems with 48 hours.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted with prior authorization. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please call us at (570)690-4574 or email us at info@eternalbordersandbeyond.com for return/exchange authorization number.
